A very tired outdated toilet block in a Hotel Lobby. Because of the location it was important to upgrade without any structural and plumbing alterations.

New vanity and toilet suites were installed to connect to existing plumbing, mirrors lifted to a more practical height, new paintwork, lighting, tile splash back and flooring installed. Also various detailing added with hand towels and toiletries to offer a much better customer experience.

This outdated kitchen was barely adequate for a 2 bedroom Motel. There was a limited budget for the refurbishment and the time frame from planning to delivery was very tight.

Cabinetry was retained and repainted with new handles fitted. The back bench was replaced to fit the space in a more efficient over the existing fridge, this tidied up the corner. A new hob replaced the existing pair of old hobs, a tower cabinet built to allow the microwave and small appliances to be housed off the bench. The splash back installed to gives both a practical finish as well as an updated kitchen image. Flooring was retained.

A legal office in need of an exterior update.

New graphics and signage were designed to complement the new paint scheme and present the building as an updated, professional and attractive property.

The upgrade of these self-contained chalets required exterior and interior refurbishment to meet the standard of upgrade required.

New joinery, spouting and cedar cladding transformed the exterior of the chalets into spectacular self-contained alpine resorts.

Chalet kitchens and dining barely adequate to cope with the demand, however beautiful ceilings and good hard flooring able to be retained.The stainless steel bench and plumbing also able to be retained.

The new kitchen with appliances sized to meet the demand and a kitchen bench/dining designed to allow multi-purpose use. Stainless steel was used where possible to offer the robustness of style to suit the Chalet upgrade.

This Motel had been outfitted more than 10 years ago and was in need of an overall plan to refurbish. Bedrooms were small and very strong colours had been used throughout. The units and furniture often oversized.


After

Given the beach location of the property and the heavy family seasonal use, a practical but casual/smart look was achieved by painting in a neutral tone, increasing the size of the mirror to 'expand' the room, New bedding package was delivered with a headboard, unlined bedspread, (easily laundered), and the cushion with a splash of colour in a lifestyle pattern to highlight the bed.
